Good video. Just read your guide. Although I do have a virtual assistant who is really like family that lives in Africa and we’ve been working together on another business I do understand the need of not having multiple VA but I’m gonna stick with her because she speaks perfect English and shes family along with a 1st world education. I want to get like you and get the big quality leads. I understand quality🫡
I completely understand not wanting to let her go. I’ve had one VA for over 8 years and there were times we were paying him even though we didn’t need him. Having a VA cold calling will also depends on the list you’re marketing to.
I dont mind paying agent commissions but 5 & 6 is tooooo high!
There are agents that are worth it but very few

Yeah, I focused on finding deals first before I found any buyers. And then I just teamed up with experienced wholesalers if I couldn’t find a buyer yet and just JV on the deal.
The reason this works for US is because we understand what a deal is. But when you’re starting off you really need the buyers to know what a deal even looks like and where to be marketing. If not, you’ll never move past $10k/deal

Depends on what you need them for. If it’s for a task that’s once or twice per week you can find some on Fiverr or onlinejobs.ph if it’s someone more part time or full time, I have a recruiter I use who finds me who I need. Let me know if you need her info

Great questions. I would NOT show them unless I really knew and trusted the buyer. What I’m actually trying to do is use the pictures to see if they’re actually interested and then I would go contract it. Does this help?
They buyer is going to want the address though
A real buyer is fine with just knowing the area, beds, baths, sqft, and year built. Remember, you’re trying to gauge interest. Not necessarily have them commit 100%

I've done some training on this in my Facebook group PRYME Wholesaling Method You need to ask deeper questions as to why they NEED to sell and not why they "want" to sell Does this help?

If I'm reading you correctly- the situation of a prospective seller, whether it's foreclosure or divorce or probate is significantly less important than the hardship they're facing. 1 lead type by definition is not more motivated than another lead type because a person in Probate might be more duress than foreclosure even though a foreclosure by law will lose their house sooner. Am I getting the gist of what you're communicating? Thank you for your input!
